If someone owes you money or you have a dispute with a person or company, you can send a demand letter to try and resolve the issue without going to court.

This demand letter is used to request a refund from a business or individual for goods or services that were unsatisfactory, defective, or not delivered as agreed.

Cease and Desist Letter
A cease-and-desist letter is a written communication that demands the recipient stop engaging in a specific behavior or action that the sender considers harmful or unlawful.

Demand Letter for Release of Deposit
A lease may require that the tenant give the landlord 30 or 60 days’ written notice before moving out to get the security deposit back.

Eviction Notice Letter
An Eviction Notice is a letter that a landlord sends to a tenant as a warning to fix a problem before the landlord proceeds with eviction. Otherwise, the notice informs the tenant why they’re being evicted and when they must vacate the property.
